Ordering Bikes on Backorder

Occasionally, some of our bike models or specific frame sizes are temporarily out of stock. This information will be clearly provided when you select your bike model and size, along with the availability date.

You have two ways to order a bike when it is on backorder. If you order on-line, your order will be confirmed, your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as soon as the bike is available. If you prefer, you can also order by phone. Backorders placed by phone will be confirmed and held until the bike is ready for shipping, and your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping.
